On Sunday 6th October, Bicester Heritage will once again open its doors to car enthusiasts and give them a chance to see inside the former RAF base, which is also home to Porsche Classic Life.

Freshly restored into a Porsche Classic hub, Porsche Classic Life is the only standalone facility of its nature in the UK and will be open to the public on Sunday 6th October.

To join in with the theme of the Sunday Scramble, Porsche Classic Life will be displaying a selection of pre-2000 model year Porsches on the day. This will include the 1965 911 which has just raced at Goodwood Revival with Richard Attwood behind the wheel.

Joining the line-up will also be two special Project 20 Porsche’s.

Showcasing the work Porsche Centre Swindon can complete as an Official Classic Centre, the restored 2000 Porsche Boxster S and 1996 Porsche 968 Club Sport, both of which are finished in Liquid Metallic paint, will take pride of place at the event.

Another fine example of the Classic work that Porsche Centre Swindon can do is finding the most exquisite Classic Porsche’s to offer for sale.

This 930 Turbo that has been sourced by Used Car Controller Lloyd Precious is an excellent example of why purchasing a Classic from an Official Porsche Centre is so easy when they pick the best stock. And, of course, no Sunday Scramble at Porsche Classic Life would be complete without the Porsche Branded VW Doka Van which resides at Bicester Heritage.

The Porsche display won’t be the only reason to visit Porsche Classic Life, which is set in the WW2 Fire Station building. The renovation of the building itself to accommodate a modern brand with a classic feel is truly exceptional and worth a look if you are attending the Sunday Scramble.

If you are a historic motor enthusiast and need a new place to showcase your classic, this is the perfect Sunday day out. The event is family and dog friendly, so don’t forget to purchase your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment! The Porsche Classic Life team look forward to seeing you on the day.
