After 21 years of being a prominent figure within the local landscape and a community hub for Porsche owners and enthusiasts, Porsche Centre Bristol has reached the end of an era.
Following thousands of handovers, numerous car launches, and building strong customer relationships spanning two decades, the current Porsche Centre Bristol closed its doors for the final time on Friday 2nd of August.
The Centre and its wonderful staff, many of whom have been at the current dealership since its opening, are temporarily moving into a brand-new facility within the Dick Lovett Bristol campus, ‘The Hangar’.
The Hangar
The Hangar was created primarily as a space for surrounding dealerships to use whilst refurbishments take place but will also be used as an overflow showroom and workshop space.
The Hangar will serve as a temporary home for Porsche Centre Bristol whilst the new state-of-the-art Destination Centre is built, which will open its doors in late 2025.
Features
The Hangar boasts a modern design throughout, using traditional elements along with a contemporary twist, with features such as a handover bay, 10-bay workshop, and a luxury customer lounge including a coffee bar.
The facility will also include additional customer parking, staff parking, EV charging points, and will also house operational parking for new and used sales cars.

The Future of Porsche Centre Bristol
In line with Porsche’s renewed brand identity and corporate architecture, Destination Porsche Centre Bristol is due to open its doors in late 2025. The Centre is set to exceed expectations and elevate the customer experience, including features such as a two-storey used car showroom, 18-bay workshop, and two luxury handover bays.
