We ordered five Porsche 911 models as our showroom cars, all with unique specifications that demonstrate how tailored you can make a Porsche with the extensive range of Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur options available.
We wanted to pay homage to the early Porsche 911s of the late sixties and early seventies. The process started by identifying just what makes this era of 911 so iconic and seeing what elements could be reimagined into the 2021 992 generation 911.
Utilising the Porsche Paint to Sample programme, we were able to choose a range of colours that were not only available at the time, but perfectly encapsulate the period we’re looking to celebrate.
From the vibrant Gulf Orange, Irish Green and Bahama Yellow, to the more subtle Slate Grey and Light Ivory, each colour perfectly suits the modern but still instantly recognisable lines of the new 911.
For the interior, we wanted a look and feel that complimented the classic models. All cars are linked by matching Black Leather with period Madrascaro fabric seat inserts. There’s also beautiful Paldao wood interior trim, reminiscent of the very earliest Porsche 901 prototype cars.
Other classic inspired options include the aluminium window surrounds, Fuchs look Satin Black Carrera Exclusive Design alloy wheels and Silver tailpipes.
But it’s not all heritage, we’ve carefully selected some of the latest options from the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur range that perfectly compliment the classic options, whilst enhancing the overall look of the cars.
The gloss-black SportDesign Package, combined with the white rev counter and Sport Chrono stopwatch face, give the car a distinctive look, both inside and out. There’s also extended Exclusive Manufaktur leather interior options to ensure the cabin is a stylish and comfortable place to be.
