The New Porsche Panamera

The newly developed engine produces 348hp - an increase of 23hp from its predecessor, which helps the Panamera accelerate from 0 - 62 mph in 5.0 seconds whilst the Panamera 4 achieves 0 - 62mph in 4.7 seconds. The Panamera has a 169 mph top speed whilst the Panamera 4 can reach a top speed of 168 mph.

To enhance the driving experience, the digital instrument cluster with a 12.6-inch curved display places the instruments clearly in the driver’s field of vision. Despite this, the optional 10.9-inch touchscreen display is on the passenger side and has access to navigation and infotainment functions, so that the passenger experience exceeds expectations too.

At the heart of the new Porsche Panamera is the compelling combination of comfort and handling with the state-of-the-art suspension.

The Porsche Driver Experience interior concept is executed with the perfect balance between analog and digital operating controls, as well as an orientation of the essential touch points and features towards the driver. Hence, the gear selector is stationed to the right of the steering wheel. The mode switch, which includes the drive programs Normal, Sport, and Sport+, and the stalk for the driver assistance system are directly within the driver’s reach.

All Panamera models are equipped with the new adaptive air suspension which includes Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). This keeps the body of the Panamera flat by distributing wheel loads dynamically to optimise grip and absorb road imperfections during heavy braking, steering, and acceleration.

As part of the improved comfort, the rear seats offer plenty of legroom and headroom alongside a high level of lateral support. As an optional extra, seat ventilation and a massage function can be added to boost comfort levels further.

Matrix LED Headlights

The Matrix LED headlights use camera and navigation data to ensure ideal illumination. Their high beam area is divided into 11 segments that can be illuminated or dimmed according to the situation. This enables optimal visibility with the high beam activated without dazzling vehicles ahead or oncoming traffic.

All Panamera E-hybrid models are equipped with Matrix LED main headlights as standard, the optional HD Matrix LED headlights are also available with over 64,000 pixels which increases functionality even further (this feature is included as standard in the Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid model).

Two-chamber, two-valve air suspension
