New Porsche Cayenne For Sale

The latest model range has seen extensive improvements across the board, meaning that there is a Cayenne SUV to suit every individual’s specific needs.

The Cayenne now has a twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre V6, an upgrade on the previous 3.0-litre V6. Power and Torque are both increased as a result, with the base Cayenne model capable of producing 351 hp and 369 lb ft respectively. This V6 engine also forms the base for the new E-Hybrid Variant.

One of the biggest mechanical upgrades across the Cayenne range is the move from a V6 engine to a V8 engine in the Cayenne S. Capable of producing 474 PS, an improvement of 40 horsepower, the new Cayenne S can go from 0-60 mph in just 4.7 seconds.

To ensure that this extra power can be handled with ease, Porsche has made several key improvements to the Cayenne. With larger tyres, there is improved comfort on all journeys, and as well as filling the arches more effectively, they can run at a lower pressure and provide more traction. 

And now, Porsche has equipped the Cayenne as standard with steel spring suspension including Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) to allow for optimised performance in all driving conditions, including dynamic cornering and comfort at slower speeds. The optional adaptive air suspension has reduced body movement when cornering in dynamic situations, with noticeable differentiation between Normal, Sport, and Sport Plus driving modes now observable.
