This year marks the 10th year of the Swindon and Wiltshire Pride festival which is taking place on 29th July this year at the Town Gardens in Swindon and Dick Lovett MINI Swindon are delighted to support this event.
Lee Hare of Wiltshire Police says: “This year marks a huge
milestone for the LGBT community as we celebrate 50 years since the
decriminalisation of homosexuality. I believe it’s vitally important for
organisations to share and promote their support for equality and diversity in
the workplace and to the people they serve”.
“I am really excited that Dick Lovett MINI have once again offered to support the event by offering to wrap a MINI Police Car in the rainbow flag colours of the LGBT community. This is a great example of partnership working over the last 3 years and we are very grateful and honoured to have such a close relationship with an organisation that shares the values and behaviours of Wiltshire Police in promoting the diverse communities we work in.”
