Autoglym LifeShine is a three-part, vehicle protection system.
Stage 1 - Interior Protectant
LifeShine’s interior treatment coats each and every strand of your car’s upholstery multiple times to create a barrier around fabric and leather. Spills and moisture are kept locked out of your car’s seating and carpets, and are easily wiped away if any accidents do occur. The result is a pristine car, inside and out. Lifeshine Interior Protectant is ideal for families with young children where frequent spillages may be a problem. Any spills sit on top of the coating so that they can be easily wiped away rather than seeping into the fabric. Dust and sticky marks can be easily wiped from the surface to prevent staining. The unique formulation doesn’t affect the appearance when applied to leather finishes.
Stage 2 - Paint Protection with CeraFuse
For a lifetime of showroom shine, all exterior paintwork is professionally treated with a unique coating featuring our new CeraFuse™ Technology. LifeShine’s CeraFuse™ Technology locks in a lifetime of superior shine and protection, which is professionally applied to your vehicle before you take ownership. Even under the most severe environmental conditions, the ultra-durable, ceramic barrier will ensure your paintwork works hard against harsh contaminants, while simultaneously locking in your vehicle’s colour and deep, glossy shine for the entirety of your vehicle ownership.
Stage 3 - Glass Guard
A glass treatment is professionally applied to the exterior of side and rear windows. It creates a water-repellent barrier that is highly durable, optically clear and easy to clean. As you drive, the raindrops roll off to improve wet-weather visibility for safer driving conditions. The optically clear formulation ensures glass remains in a protected, crystal-clear condition. APEX Cover – Asset Protection & Excess Cover
This insurance is a Return to Invoice and Financial Shortfall Apex insurance and is complementary to your comprehensive motor insurance. It covers the difference between the insured value of the vehicle at the time of loss, and the greater of the purchase price of your vehicle or, where you have finance arranged by the supplying dealer, the amount outstanding under your finance agreement (if any).
Total Loss Cover In the event of a Total Loss, this policy will pay the following:
1) The greater of: the difference between the insured value and the purchase price* of your vehicle (Return to Invoice); or the difference between the insured value and the finance company settlement figure, if any (Financial Shortfall); or the amount equal to the premium you paid for this policy.
2) The motor insurance excess up to £500 where it cannot be recovered from any liable third party.
3) A contribution towards a temporary replacement vehicle. This will be limited to a maximum of thirty (30) days and a maximum of £30 per day, inclusive of VAT. Additional Excess Cover ✓ In the event of a successful claim under your motor insurance policy that does not relate to a total loss, this policy will reimburse the applicable excess, up to a maximum aggregate limit of £500 per policy year.

*Purchase price is the amount paid to purchase the vehicle, including any factory-fitted options and dealer-fitted accessories up to £1,500 including VAT but excluding any discount and/or contribution and all other items listed under the definition of ’Purchase Price’ in the policy terms and conditions. The maximum benefit payable under this section of the policy is the purchase price of the vehicle, up to a maximum of £50,000.
