Unveiled just last week, the all-new Jaguar F-PACE has received a mid-cycle facelift for 2020, alongside going green with the introduction of the Jaguar F-PACE Hybrid. This refreshed new Jaguar has undergone a number of enhancements that means we will now see brand new in-car technology, a completely upgraded and fresh interior as well as some minor exterior enhancements.
Sleek Exterior Tweaks For The New F-PACE
The new F-PACE will see only mild exterior changes, the most pronounced in the shape of slimmer LED headlights and tail-lights. The F-PACE will now feature twin J shaped lighting, first identified on the Jaugar I-PACE. Alongside this Jaguar’s most popular model will also showcase updated wheels and bumpers, as well as an enlarged grille with a diamond mesh design.
The New Jaguar F-PACE Interior
The F-PACE’s interior is really where the magic has happened, as it has been completely refreshed. Jaguar have paid big attention to making the new cabin feel far more luxurious. Taking centre stage is the 11.4inch centrally mounted Pivi Pro Infotainment system, which now sits proudly on a refined, upgraded and premium dashboard. Split into two sections, the upper dash can be finished in aluminum or wood, whilst the lower level is now leather. Clear attention has also been paid to specific elements such as door cards and interior touch points, allowing for more space and a better thought out layout.
Advanced Jaguar Technology
According to Jaguar 90% of the F-PACE’s commands can now be done within two taps of the Pivi Pro System home screen. The system itself sits on a curved HD touchscreen and was originally seen on the Land Rover New Defender. The Jaguar F-PACE will be the first in the line-up to feature Pivi Pro. The F-PACE has both Android Audio functionality as well as Apple CarPlay and other technology advancements include wireless charging, over-the-air updates and cabin air ionisation.
The F-PACE Goes Green
As well as sporting some new looks the Jaguar F-PACE will also have an all-new range of engines. You will now find three diesel options, two petrol and the all-new plug-in hybrid F-PACE. The plug-in hybrid allows for a 33 mile EV range, making its all electric function perfect for those shorter journeys. The new P400e plug-in hybrid model uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo petrol engine and is by far the most efficient model in the range.
New models will be expected at Dick Lovett Jaguar from around January 2021 and are available to order now. To find out more, speak to a member of our friendly team today who will be happy to help.
