For our BMW and MINI customers, we can offer you a 0% APR Monthly Payment Plan to help manage any unexpected costs. This plan is available for service, parts, accessories or bodyshop costs. Applying for the 0% APR Monthly Payment Plan is easy and only takes around 5 minutes and better still, you will receive a decision in 5 minutes. You must be over 18, a UK resident, lived in the UK for 3 years, work at least 16 hours a week and have a valid telephone number and email address.

Can I buy a monthly or yearly servicing package for my car or motorbike?

At Dick Lovett offer a wide range of servicing plans and deals, each tailored specifically to your car. If you drive a BMW car we offer BMW Service Inclusive and BMW Service Inclusive Plus, which extends the standard BMW Service Inclusive cover level to include brake pads and discs and even the clutch. At MINI we have pay monthly service plans and MINI Value Servicing for older MINI models with a key ignition. Deals and offers are also available at Dick Lovett Jaguar Land Rover and Dick Lovett BMW Motorrad, while fixed price servicing is available at Aston Martin Bristol. Our Porsche Centres keep their servicing costs extremely competitive and specific servicing plans are available at Ferrari Swindon.

Do you offer servicing deals?

At Dick Lovett we offer a range of highly competitive service options available across all of our brands. Our most popular servicing offers for MINI are pay monthly service plans and MINI value servicing . Service offers are also available at Dick Lovett BMW , BMW Motorrad , Jaguar , Land Rover and Porsche . If you own an Aston Martin you can take advantage of our fixed price servicing scheme. All work is carried out by fully-trained technicians using only genuine manufacturer parts, which also benefit from either a full 1-year or 2-year warranty, depending on your vehicle. After the work has been carried out, your car will be returned to you washed, vacuumed and with an updated fully approved dealer service history.

Do you service air conditioning?

Yes we do. We offer an Air Conditioning Refresh which involves cleaning and disinfecting the evaporator and entire air duct system. We also treat the air vents and interior. Then there’s the Air Conditioning Recharge where we drain all refrigerant, check for leaks, recharge the refrigerant and lubricant and check the system for operating pressures. You can also combine the two.

Do parts come with a warranty?

At Dick Lovett we only use genuine 100% approved manufacturer parts for our servicing, repairs and MOTs - and many benefit from either a 1-year or a 2-year warranty for absolute peace of mind.

Can I get my car valeted at Dick Lovett?

Yes you can. Our specialist Valet Technicians at Dick Lovett use only genuine car care products which are specific to your make of car. The products gently remove dirt and grime before sealing in a long-lasting shine.
