Q How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation, simply contact the dealership where the vehicle is located. You can find this information here.

Just have to hand your reservation ID, name and vehicle registration you have reserved to help us identify you. 

Once processed, you will be refunded within 5-10 working days.
