Q What if my vehicle develops a fault and the warranty expires during the period you are closed and I am unable to get it fixed?

A

We are now reopening our Service centres to repair all customer vehicles.  To make a booking, please call your local Dick Lovett dealership or use our online form.

Below is some additional information from some of our Manfucaturers with regards to warranty extensions:

For BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad:

All new-vehicle warranties that are due to expire or have expired since 14 March 2020 will be extended to 30 June 2020.

For Aston Martin:

Customers with Aston Martin extended warranties will also receive the following support: customers who identify a fault with their vehicle and who have an extended warranty in force are advised to contact their Dealer first, or if the dealer is closed contact Aston Martin Extended Warranty on the number shown in their warranty booklet. If a customer has notified Aston Martin Extended Warranty about a fault and their warranty subsequently expires, the cost of the work (subject to approval) will still be covered when the dealer re-opens.For all other brands, please contact Customer Services who will be able to give you the most up to date information regarding service plan and warranty parameters during this time.
