Q Is it safe to collect my car or bike?


The safety of our customers and staff is always our number one priority. When it is time to collect your new car or bike, a member of the team will contact you to complete all of the relevant paperwork and to confirm your appointment time.

Your vehicle collection will take place outside our dealership - so please remember to bring a warm coat with you. Your vehicle will be fully valeted and sanitised. The seat covers and steering wheel cover will be removed in front of you and disposed of.

Your Sales Executive will be wearing a face mask and will be socially distanced throughout your handover, and your new keys will have been sanitised and will be given to you in a sealed envelope. Then you are ready to drive or ride away.
