Dick Lovett dealerships are open in-line with the latest Government guidance.

Vehicle sales, servicing & repairs and parts will be open*, with all the necessary steps taken to help keep you and our team safe - you can see these below.

Whilst our dealerships are open, you can still contact us by submitting an enquiry through the website, or speak to us on Live Chat from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

*For vehicle sales, please call ahead of your arrival so we can monitor social distancing within the showroom. For servicing & repairs, please do not attend without a confirmed appointment.

Signage

When you visit our dealerships, you'll notice we have positioned signage throughout the showroom.

These are in the form of posters and display banners. We kindly ask you to read these and take any necessary steps to help support us in the prevention of Coronavirus.

Hand sanitisation stations have been placed within the dealerships to help keep you safe.

2-Metre Social Distancing

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to maintain social distancing.

We have installed multiple floor stickers instructing and reminding you to keep a safe 2-metre distance from others and staff members.

Please take note of where these are placed within the dealership.

Locked Vehicles

All vehicles will be locked upon your visit to our dealerships - this is so we can manage sanitisation.

If you are interested in a particular model or vehicle, a member of the sales team can safely show you around your desired car and will unlock the vehicle for you; we will ensure that there's only ever one person inside the car. 

After the viewing, the car will be locked again until the necessary cleaning steps have been undertaken such as the disinfecting of common touchpoints.

Clear Screens

During your sales or service visit, it is likely you will need to visit our consultation desks to further explore your needs or to fill in any paper work. 

We have installed clear partition screens to protect you and our staff. These are sanitised between each customer use.

We recommend bringing your own pen if this is possible.

Antibacterial Door Handles

We have installed antibacterial covers on our door handles to help limit cross-contamination from one user to the next.

The covers use silver technology that kills viruses and bacteria left on the surface by users.

This means it is safe for you to use the handles to operate the door, although we do recommend washing your hands or using sanitiser afterwards when going between different rooms / buildings.

Collection & Delivery

We understand some customers may still feel anxious about coming to our showrooms which is why we're happy to say we are able to offer collection and delivery of your new car.
