Whilst our dealerships are open, you can still contact us by submitting an enquiry through the website.
*Our Jaguar Land Rover vehicle showroom in Melksham remains closed due to ongoing repairs following an incident. However, we are still able to offer test drives for both Jaguar and Land Rover, and you can still order vehicles via our Click & Collect and 'You Click. We Deliver.' services. Am I able to visit your showrooms and have a test drive?
Yes, we’re fully open. If you are looking for the right car for you, you can view all of our new car offers here or browse our used car stock listings and if you are looking for a bike, you can view our new bike offers here and browse our used bike listings here.
Enquire today to organise a test drive with a sales executive. Please be assured that vehicles will be properly sanitised between each test drive.
If you become unwell or have displayed any of the signs of COVID-19 please help us to keep our working environment safe by staying home and calling us instead.

My MOT test is due, what do I do?
Our Service centres are open for all repairs and MOTs. To make a booking, please contact your local Dick Lovett dealership or use our online form.

How do I reserve a vehicle?
With our new reserve online option, you can reserve a vehicle online for 48 hours from £250. This fee is is refundable if you are unable to progress with the sale*.
Search through our selection of used cars or used bikes to find your perfect match and once you’ve found it, simply click on the ‘Reserve’ button and follow the simple, 3-step journey to reserve your vehicle. You’ll receive an instant confirmation of your reservation.
The vehicle will no longer display the ‘Reserve’ button so you don’t have to worry about anyone else trying to reserve it!
After confirmation, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the process and full deposit for your new vehicle.
*If you choose to cancel your reserve, you will be refunded minus the transaction fee.
