From Thursday 14th May, we are now able to offer car collections and deliveries in line with the latest government guidance.
Whilst our showrooms remain closed, our sales teams are available to discuss your next car or bike.
Below you will find all the answers to your questions; we hope you enjoy your new car or bike!

- Is it safe to collect my car or bike?
The safety of our customers and staff is always our number one priority. When it is time to collect your new car or bike, a member of the team will contact you to complete all of the relevant paperwork and to confirm your appointment time.
To ensure we maintain social distancing, only one customer will be allowed in the handover area. If required, we can send you a personalised video to explain everything you need to know about the features and controls.
- What happens when I arrive to collect my car or bike?
Prior to your arrival, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the collection process.
If you have a part-exchange, our Sales Executive will re-appraise your vehicle before directing you to a dedicated handover area.
When you enter the handover area, please use the hand sanitiser and follow the floor signs to ensure we maintain a two-metre gap. If additional paperwork is required, we can assure all desks will be fully sanitised in between every customer.
- How will you ensure the vehicle is clean?
Your new vehicle will have been fully valeted and sanitised. Seat covers and a steering wheel cover will be used. These will be removed in front of you and disposed of.
- What happens during the handover?
The Sales Executive will remain outside of your vehicle during the handover and will do so at a safe distance. They will be on hand to answer any questions you have.
Your new keys will have been sanitised and will be given to you in a sealed envelope.
- Will you be available after the handover if I forget anything?
If you forget anything and have further questions after you drive or ride away, please rest assured that we are here to answer any further questions you may have.
- How can I get my car or bike delivered?
Depending on the brand of vehicle you are purchasing, mileage restrictions and fees may apply. Your sales person will guide you through all of the options available.
- Will my vehicle be cleaned before delivery?
Before your new vehicle is delivered, it will have been fully valeted and sanitised. Seat covers and a steering wheel cover will be used. These will be removed in front of you and disposed of.
