Are you looking for an exciting role in the automotive industry which can lead to a great career? Dick Lovett Bodyshop Swindon is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team and grow with us.
In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with all customer repair requirements in an efficient and courteous manner. Other duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Complete repair orders and inform customers of repairs needed, including approximate prices and delivery dates.
- Working with estimators and suppliers to organise returns and processing invoices.
- Maintain and improve knowledge of service technical information.
- Take responsibility for customer vehicles, keys and Bodyshop parking.
- Working with and updating customers on the phone and face to face.
This role will require you to work collaboratively with other members of the Bodyshop, therefore you need to be a team player and be able to demonstrate good communication skills to ensure that all deadlines are met. You will also possess exceptional customer service experience and skill; to ensure the high standards our customers expect are maintained.
Essential Skills:
Ideally for this role, we would welcome applications from candidates who have experience of working in a customer service environment and have skills which are transferrable for this role.
A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
