We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team and enjoy a fantastic earning potential and amazing training.

We have the opportunity to develop experienced Technicians through the official Porsche Technician programme. Our Technicians are able to qualify as Bronze, Silver, Gold and High Voltage Vehicle Technicians, so if you have worked for an official manufacturer, we have the opportunity to quickly skill you to the same working level you are currently at and then develop you even further through the official Porsche programme.

We have a brilliant workshop facility, and the training would take place at the incredible Porsche Academy. We are happy to discuss transferring your experience over to the Porsche brand as well as your earning potential with us.

Aside from your opportunity to develop as a Technician, Porsche have development opportunities which can utilise your current experience in a new and exciting way. By joining out team, you will open the door to opportunities such as Service Quality Specialist, Workshop Manager or even Service Manager!

If you are an established Vehicle Technician and want to ensure your skills and qualifications are not lost when moving roles, we will ensure you are brought up to speed with your Porsche qualifications. You will be fully supported financially through your initial months as you familiarise yourself to the Porsche product and systems, taking the pressure away and helping you make a seamless move from brand to brand. 

The salary for this role is £30,000 - £37,000 basic which is negotiable based on experience and qualification. Our bonus scheme gives our Technicians the opportunity to earn achieve an OTE of up to £50,000 per year.

  • Service and repair vehicles
  • Diagnostic activities
  • MOT’s
  • Pre-delivery Inspections
  • Brand training to ensure you are up to date with the latest models and technology
  • Maintain standards set by the brand and Dick Lovett Group

Essential Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical, Maintenance & Repair
  • Experience in an official manufacture would be beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
