Our Porsche Centre in Newport is looking to appoint a confident, bright, well-presented Reception and Showroom Host. You will be the face of our dealership responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, adhering to Porsche standards, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and delightful customer journey.
First impressions count, so a warm cheerful demeanour with a flexible can-do attitude is essential. You will be able to proactively manage our customers’ expectations as well as meeting their needs throughout their visit and over the phone swiftly building genuine rapport along the way.
Working as a Host in the car industry is an exciting fast-paced job where no two days the same. We welcome a variety of customers into our business, all with differing expectations and requests. One person might only be in the showroom for 10 minutes, while others may want to set up a space to work for the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers both in person and on the telephone.
- Keep the showroom in pristine condition, ensuring displays are immaculate and reflective of the Porsche Brand.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by offering refreshments, ensuring a comfortable waiting area, and attending to customers needs. Create an atmosphere that enhances the overall customer experience.
- Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues, address enquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure clear and concise communication at all times.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of working in a retail or hospitality environment in a customer facing role for at least one year
- Confident, professional, smart in appearance
- Basic IT and computer systems experience would be beneficial to this role.
