Porsche Centre Bristol, part of one of the leading family-owned motor dealer groups in the South West, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Service department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a busy and successful aftersales department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, accurately, and proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately invoicing repair orders to ensure prompt payment processing
- Handling warranty and servicing invoicing, with the support of our Service Quality Team
- Performing various administrative duties associated with the service process
- Preparing job packs in advance of customer visits
Desired Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or in a similar position within the automotive industry is preferred
- Understanding of vehicle operations and experience with vehicle warranty claims is highly advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with both colleagues and customers
- Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach to work
