Our MINI Dealership in Swindon is looking to recruit a Site Display Controller to organise the New and Used Car operations and ensure that all vehicles are prepared on time and to the standard required by the brand.

In this role, our Site Controller will work with our Sales Manager and be responsible for organising and photographing the stock to create displays that support the sales team in achieving their targets. A large part of this role is to manage and oversee all car preparation throughout the sales process which will involve developing plans to ensure expenditure on preparing the cars as they go through the process is controlled.

As the Site Display Controller, your role is vital to the smooth running of the showroom and you will need to ensure a steady flow of stock to the showroom. Therefore, some site maintenance is involved, including, vehicle display, vehicle cleanliness and presentation of the showroom. You will need to be a good communicator who can interact with our valeting, sales, and administration teams.

Other duties include the maintenance of the website including used car advertising, photography and special offers. The upkeep of our filing system and support to the General Sales Manager for detailed management reporting.

The successful candidate must be well organised, have good communication skills and be able to prioritise their workload with a keen eye for detail.

A passion for cars, photography and getting things right the first time, would benefit applicants for this role as it requires a proactive and forward thinking approach.
