We are looking for a Saturday Receptionist to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service. It's an exciting time to join us, as we undergo development to ensure we can deliver the best customer experience. We are looking for someone enthusiastic who can go the extra mile during this time of change.
In this role, you will meet and greet our customers as they enter the dealership and assist with any requirements they have both over the phone and face to face.
Working on the front desk in the car industry is exciting, fast-paced and interesting. No two days are ever the same as you see a variety of customers who have differing needs and requirements during their visits. One person might be in the showroom for 10 minutes while another might like to set up a space to work for the day. You will interact with customers who will be visiting our sales, service and parts departments and sometime may have enquiries which involve more than one team.
You will also be responsible for operating a busy switchboard, so we are looking for someone who can communicate professionally over the phone as well as in person. We need a Showroom Host who can accommodate answering the phones while also ensuring that waiting customers are seen to in a timely manner.
Our successful Showroom Host will be the main point of contact for customers entering the showroom on Saturdays and we are looking for someone confident to fulfil this role. If you are helpful, forward-thinking, and can work well in a busy environment as part of a team, this role would be an exciting opportunity to join us.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least one year's experience in a customer facing role with experience of dealing with phone calls. We are looking for someone who has an outgoing personality, is of smart appearance and possesses the confidence to deal with customers’ high expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prestige customer service experience, ideally within the retail or hospitality industry to join Dick Lovett and grow with us.
