We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at as we open a brand new Bodyshop facility in Melksham. Our dedicated Preparation Centre caters for some of the most prestigious car brands in the world, and we are looking for someone to oversee our brilliant new department.

This varied role will provide and enjoyable challenging position for the right candidate supervising a highly skilled and enthusiastic team.

This is a great opportunity to join our team and work in the fantastic facilities at the Dick Lovett.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Prep Centre function
  • Ensure the workload will maximise efficiency and adhere to deadlines
  • Audit, health and safety, and compliance responsibilities

The quality of work delivered is of paramount importance and you will be responsible for ensuring that there is a first-time fix for every repair.

We need someone with the ability to work in a high-pressured environment who has fantastic leadership skills that can drive the team forward to success. You should strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mind-set, whilst ensuring that the customer always comes first.

Essential Skills:

  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Bodyshop or with Aftersales processes, currently be in a customer facing or managerial role and will possess modern leadership skills.
  • It is essential that the successful candidate is able to deliver the very highest level of customer service and communication in order to ensure total customer satisfaction, as well as possess very strong organisational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
