Our BMW & MINI dealerships in Bristol are looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Receptionist to assist with the day to day running of the Reception team in a fast paced front of house environment.

The main function of this role is to meet and greet all customers entering the dealership and assist with their requirements whilst on site. We are looking for someone who has experience of a busy reception desk/switchboard, as well as an being an exceptional host, preferably with previous supervisory experience, as this will be to assist in leading a team of 10 Receptionists/Hosts.
You will interact with customers who will be visiting our Sales, Service and Parts departments and sometimes may have enquiries which involve more than one team. You will be greeting a variety of customers who have differing needs and requirements during their visits. One person might be in the showroom for 10 minutes while another might like to set up a space to work for the day.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least three year's experience in a customer facing role with experience of dealing with phone calls.
We are looking for someone who has an outgoing personality, is of smart appearance and possesses the confidence to deal with customers’ high expectations.
