Our BMW & MINI dealerships in Bristol are looking to appoint an outgoing Receptionist with a can-do attitude to greet and host customers visiting the Dealership. You will assist a variety of customers, both in person and over the phone, who will be enquiring in reference to Sales, Service and Parts.

Key Responsibilities:
- To answer the telephone politely and efficiently.
- To deal with enquiries, taking messages or redirecting calls as appropriate.
- To provide a friendly and helpful reception experience at all times.
- Greet customers, notify the Sales, Service or Parts departments of their arrival, and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
- To assist in any other administrative or stocking duties as required.
- To ensure displays and refreshment areas are kept clean, fully stocked and orderly.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of working in a retail or hospitality environment in a customer facing role for at least one year.
- Confident, professional, smart in appearance.
- Basic IT and computer systems experience would be beneficial to this role.
