As a Senior Receptionist, you’ll enhance your organisational and managerial skills, strengthen your problem-solving abilities, and refine your communication and interpersonal competencies. As a Reception Supervisor, you will report directly to the Reception Manager and assume the crucial role of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reception/Hosting teams.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the reception area while maintaining exceptional service standards. You will also have the responsibility of managing the staff schedule, including addressing any staff absences to ensure adequate reception coverage to provide customers with an uninterrupted service.
Your attention to detail will be crucial as you regularly assess the stock levels of refreshments and office supplies, promptly placing orders when needed. You’ll also be responsible for preparing boardrooms for meetings and company lunches.
