Our Customer Contact Team is extremely important to our business and are unlike any call centre you may have worked in previously – they’re small, intimate, and driven to deliver a personal service to each one of our customers.
Our Customer Contact Centre, made up of customer service experts, put our customers at the heart of everything that they do.
We operate two distinct Customer Contact Teams, one located in Bristol responsible for attending to our BMW, MINI, Jaguar, and Land Rover customers, and the other in Newport dedicated to serving our Porsche, Ferrari, and Aston Martin customers.

Every day at Dick Lovett's Customer Contact Centre presents a fresh set of unique challenges. Here are just some of the responsibilities our Customer Contact Team takes on:
Efficiently manage incoming service calls for BMW, BMW Motorrad, MINI, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Ferrari, and Aston Martin, handling Service, MOT, and repair bookings
Proactively make outgoing calls to notify customers about upcoming MOT or service due dates, ensuring timely maintenance
Offer comprehensive support to customers by addressing their enquiries, facilitating accurate bookings, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience
Maintain up-to-date customer notes, including future booking dates, customer details, and vehicle specifications, to ensure personalised service and streamline future interactions
Effectively communicate special offers to customers, providing clear details about the benefits they can enjoy
Collaborate with the Aftersales departments to promptly follow up on customer enquiries, ensuring their concerns are resolved and providing an exceptional after-sales experience
Our customer service experts place our customers at the forefront of their focus – in the event of any customer issue, they ensure everyone is on the same wavelength and they’ll stop at nothing to ensure that it is resolved.

As a Contact Centre Supervisor, you will oversee the Bookings Team Leaders to manage the operations and performance of the Contact Centre Team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer enquiries and feedback are handled efficiently and effectively, guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for monitoring call volumes, maintaining service quality standards, and providing guidance and support to team members. By identifying areas for improvement, such as the need for additional training, you will contribute to the ongoing development and success of the team.
