Complete your coursework, exams or other relevant pass points to become qualified in your chosen field
Work in the team to learn about the day-to-day role and responsibilities
Take direction and support from your mentor
Carry out duties as required to learn about the brand and Group standards
Take responsibility for your personal and professional development

The key skills for anyone wishing to join us as an Automotive Apprentice are:

Level 4 in English, Maths, Science and one other subject
Can-do attitude
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
Drive to succeed
Ability to work in a team
Ability to take direction
