Contributory Pension Scheme
Dick Lovett fully complies with auto-enrolment and offers a Self-Invested Personal Pension Plan, which is a scheme operated by Hargreaves Lansdown. Contributions increases with length of service after 5 and 10 years with the company.
Sick Pay Cover
Dick Lovett has a company sick pay policy after your qualifying period. Full details are provided upon your employment.
Private Medical Insurance
Dick Lovett operates a Private Healthcare Scheme for you and your family, details of which are confirmed in your offer of employment. Employees who have been with us for a year can opt into the scheme.

Life Assurance
Dick Lovett employees’ beneficiaries are eligible to 4 times their basic salary, plus an average of fluctuating emoluments over the past three years, in the unfortunate instance of your death.

25 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
Our employees receive 25 days annual leave per year which increases with length of service, and to celebrate their 10th year of service with us, our employees receive an extra week’s annual leave to take in that year. We do not open on bank holidays or Sundays (except for occasional pre-arranged dealership events).
Employee Assistance Programme
Health Assured, in partnership with Dick Lovett, provides all employees with complimentary access to an enhanced Employee Assistance Programme to assist in supporting our teams and their families with life, legal, bereavement or medical advice and support.
Staff Referral Scheme
If you recommend a new employee who starts with the Group, we will pay you £750.

Enhanced Family Leave
Dick Lovett offers an enhanced package for family leave with full pay for the first 3 months and half of your pay for the second 3 months of your maternity or adoption leave.
Volunteering Opportunities
The Lovett Foundation is the official charity of Dick Lovett, and we have a range of opportunities to get involved with volunteering, raising money, or supporting children and young adults who are either in or leaving care.
Through the connection with The Lovett Foundation, we arrange group-wide fundraising events which always results in a bit of friendly competition, and a wonderful day of fundraising for the charity.
We have Lovett Foundation Co-ordinators at each dealership who act as a social secretary to arrange team-building events, staff nights out, and charity events over the course of the year.

Today we represent Aston Martin, BMW, BMW Motorrad, Ferrari, Jaguar, Land Rover, MINI and Porsche from modern sites in Bristol, Hungerford, Melksham, Newport, Swindon and Tewkesbury.
