Dick Lovett BMW Hungerford first opened its doors in 2003 and has been a well-known local business in the West Berkshire area ever since.
20 years later, in January 2024, BMW Hungerford kicked off the changes to bring the Centre up to speed with the BMW brand’s latest “Retail Next” concept.
Following their sister site in Melksham, Hungerford is the second Dick Lovett BMW showroom to adopt the new showroom design.
What is BMW Retail Next?
Retail Next is a progressive approach from the BMW brand which focusses on customer-centricity, to provide a best-in-class premium experience. This is more than a showroom make over. The concept includes new processes and digital interfaces, alongside a striking new design. Retail Next combines physical and digital engagement which puts the customer experience first and takes our offering up a level from our former showroom.
Our Retail Next showroom is both welcoming and functional, with a new floorplan and model displays which portray a premium atmosphere. Sales and Aftersales will still be easy to navigate, but new digital tools will make the process even more streamlined.
Dick Lovett BMW Hungerford – the ultimate showcase of BMW M Power
Dick Lovett BMW Hungerford is well known for specialising in bespoke BMW M Power configurations featuring BMW Individual paint. Their diverse stock of M cars attracts those from across the country who wish to explore the upper echelons of the BMW product range. The upstairs showroom is a true spectacle for fans of high-performance vehicles – almost entirely featuring BMW M models from the current range and limited-edition examples from previous years.
What will Dick Lovett MINI Hungerford look like?
With the BMW showroom refurbishment now complete, MINI Hungerford is now being transformed with a full rebuild to become aligned with the new Retail Next approach.
The renovations will see MINI enjoy a more modern environment that represents the pinnacle of luxury. It is an exciting time for both the team and the customers in Hungerford.
During the rebuild period, our MINI operations will be temporarily relocated to 18-19 Bridge Street, Hungerford, RG17 0EG, just 300 meters around the corner from our current location.
