Our Corporate Team is here to help you explore the large range of fleet vehicles available and find the BMW or MINI that suits your needs best. We'll gladly answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process with ease. To consistently provide you with an exceptional service, every member of our team has completed thorough training and receives ongoing support from BMW UK. This is to ensure that we’re up to date with the latest information and continue to develop our service.
You can opt to pick up your new vehicle (s) from your closest Dick Lovett BMW or MINI Centre or have it delivered for you. If the delivery location is within 100 miles of one of our dealerships, then we also deliver using a covered transporter - meaning your new vehicle (s) will arrive in showroom condition. Outside of this radius? No need to worry as we can deliver anywhere in the country.
In the event you choose to have your BMW or MINI delivered, one of our knowledgeable and experienced drivers will complete a comprehensive handover, acquainting you with the essential features and assisting you with the setup. Your new BMW will have no more than 99 miles on the clock when it arrives and will be filled with at least half a tank of fuel or an 80% electric charge.
A member of the Corporate Team will be in touch with you within 48 hours of the handover to ensure that everything is running smoothly and to answer any questions you may have. We will always be available to help in any way possible.

Benefit from fantastic response times, with service or repair appointment requests being handled within 15 minutes (Monday to Friday). Online service requests will receive a response within 5 minutes. If your vehicle requires repairs, our specialist team will triage it within 24 hours to facilitate parts ordering and make sure we are fully prepared to get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. All follow-up appointments will be arranged within 7 working days, and within 3 days if a warning light is displayed.
To minimise disruption to your workday, you can utilise our meeting facilities while waiting for your car. Complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshments are also provided at each of our BMW and MINI Centres.
Following every service or repair, your vehicle will receive a free wash and interior clean. You'll also receive a free BMW End of Warranty Check. We want you to have complete peace of mind and confidence in your vehicle (s).
