Instead of a retractable hard-top, the BMW Z4 now has a soft-top which can be raised or lowered twice as fast as the previous model. That’s just 10 seconds at speeds of up to 31mph. A wind deflector is also mounted behind the driver and passenger seat, providing effective protection from draughts.
