At the heart of the BMW X2 M35i is a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine which produces 300hp. Among the 2.0-litre unit’s M-specific highlights are a new, stronger crankshaft, an optimised oil supply system for the pistons with cooling channels, and main bearing shells and caps carried over from the latest-generation 6-cylinder engines. This engine provides excellent performance while remaining efficient - contributing to a combined 36.7 mpg (WLTP).

xDrive all-wheel drive as well as a 7-speed double clutch transmission are also equipped. In addition to delivering quick and seamless gear changes, the seven-speed Steptronic transmission includes an integrated mechanical limited-slip differential. When combined with the BMW xDrive all-wheel-drive system, this allows power distribution between the front and rear wheels to vary as needed, therefore enhancing traction, stability, and cornering performance to the fullest.

The X2 M35i features aggressive BMW M inspired aesthetics which include quad exhaust pipes, M style mirror caps, an M Sport rear spoiler, and much more.
