The All-New BMW iX2

The first ever All-Electric BMW Sports Activity Coupe is here, combining all the features of the fantastic BMW X2 with BMWi electric driving.

The all new BMW iX2 xDrive30 maintains the distinctive style of the new second generation BMW X2. Boasting a sporty, dynamic coupé silhouette, the iX2’s distinctive design is certainly unmistakeable. The iX2 also makes use of M Sport Exterior Styling to enhance its road presence and overall aesthetic appeal.

The iX2 makes use of a 64.8kWh battery to produce 313 hp. This high voltage battery can achieve a range of up to 267 miles* and, when combined with the all-wheel drive BMW xDrive system, this impressive electric power output means that the iX2 can get from 0-62mph in just 5.6s.

The new BMW iX2 is equipped with an advanced Combined Charging Unit. Therefore, when you use DC charging up to 130kW at a suitable fast-charging station, the high-voltage battery’s energy reserves can be charged from 10% to 80% capacity in under 30 minutes. It also enables AC charging up to 11kW as standard, which means the battery can be recharged from 0% to 100% in 6.5 hours - perfect for overnight charging.

The new BMW iX2 features an interior that is typical of the BMW excellence we have come to expect. There is a whole host of standard and optional interior technology available to ensure a truly luxurious driving experience.

The iX2 makes use of the superb BMW Curved Display, with a 10.25-inch screen behind the steering wheel which seamlessly transitions into a 10.7-inch touchscreen, from which features such as the infotainment system and climate control can be operated.

There is a wide range of customisation options available with the BMW iX2 to ensure that the car is perfectly suited to your tastes. BMW iX2 owners can choose from 10 different paint finishes as well as 9 different upholstery options and 4 different interior trims. There is also the option to fit the M Sport Pro Pack for a truly high-performance look, and the optional panoramic glass sunroof gives the chance to make the cabin feel even more spacious, light, and modern.

There are also a variety of optional technological additions available to the iX2, including wireless mobile phone charging, BMW Head-Up Display, and the Harman Kardon Surround Sound Audio System.

LED Technology

The new BMW iX2 comes as standard with LED headlights for both low and high beam. Meaning that the striking four-eye design headlights stand out in both daytime and nighttime driving.

The optional BMW ‘Iconic Glow’ kidney grille means that the front profile of the iX2 can be truly unmistakeable, even in the dark. The LED technology creates an eye catching lighting effect that is visible both when driving your iX2, as well as when locking and unlocking.

Fully Integrated Video Streaming and Gaming

There are no shortage of entertainment options in the BMW iX2. Video streaming can be played on the BMW Curved Display from pre-installed applications such as YouTube or directly from your mobile phone.

The iX2 also includes all new AirConsole gaming*, previously seen on the BMW i5. AirConsole gaming allows you to seamlessly connect your mobile phone to use as a controller to play a variety of fun mini-games by yourself or with a passenger.
