What is BMW Emergency Service?
BMW Emergency Service
If you’re out on the road and run into an unexpected problem, BMW Emergency Service can provide help. BMW Emergency Service provides a number of benefits, including BMW roadside assistance and BMW breakdown service – if you’re in need of support, BMW is on hand to come to the rescue.
When you buy a new BMW from our Dick Lovett BMW dealerships in Bristol, Hungerford (near Andover and Newbury), Melksham (near Bath) and Swindon, you’ll be automatically signed up to BMW Emergency Services, so cover, and peace of mind, starts immediately. BMW Emergency Service is valid for three years from the date of your vehicle’s registration.
If you’re buying an Approved Used BMW, and it’s under three years old, it will come with the remaining balance. This means if the BMW is one year old, you’ll still have two years of BMW Emergency Service cover. BMW Approved Used cars three years and older benefit from 12 months BMW Emergency Service cover.
How does BMW Emergency Services work?
Available 24/7, 365
The BMW Emergency Service is just a telephone call away. You can call the freephone number 0800 777 111 at any time, and we’ll be happy to help. BMW Emergency Service is available round the clock – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
And, because the BMW itself is covered by BMW Emergency Service instead of a named driver, anyone driving the car – such as a partner – can access assistance.
If you’ve been involved in an accident or a collision and your BMW needs urgent attention, you can call on BMW roadside assistance. BMW Emergency Service will take your car to an Approved BMW Bodyshop for repair. Here at Dick Lovett BMW, our approved BMW Bodyshops only use Genuine BMW parts.
