Aston Martin has unveiled the long-awaited DBX707 – a high performance version of the DBX.
Touted as the ‘world’s most powerful luxury SUV’, the DBX707 promises to set new performance standards and on launch it’s difficult not to be impressed and excited by the details.
Boasting 697bhp and 900Nm of torque, the DBX707 offers a step up from its DBX sibling and is set to blast rivals in the luxury SUV sector away – just as promised in the teaser pre-launch material from Aston Martin.
With an uprated 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 engine, and rapid 0-62mph acceleration of just 3.3 seconds, this takes performance from a luxury SUV to a new level. Maximum speed is 193mph.
Other highlights include:
- Bespoke Dynamic Drive modes
- New dynamic body styling
- 22-inch wheels – as standard
- Standard-fit carbon ceramic brakes
- Panoramic glass sunroof
- Five-door body style with 2+3 seating
- Electric power-assisted, rack and pinion steering system (EPAS)
- Dynamic Torque Vectoring
- Launch Control
- Electronic Stability Control
- Traction Control
It also has a wet clutch nine-speed transmission, upgraded suspension, a new quad-exit active suspension and an all-wheel drive system.
“The new Aston Martin DBX707 – the world’s most powerful, luxury SUV,” said Aston Martin on its official website. “A new ruler of adventure with 707PS. Born with a sports car soul, its immense power and peerless handling make every drive a voyage of intensity. A magnetic force with a commanding presence. DBX707 is a new seat of power.”
