The Ferrari Approved Pre-owned Programme is exclusively for cars that are less than 10 years old and meet Ferrari’s meticulous standards and are only available from an Authorised Ferrari Dealer. Buying a pre-owned Ferrari from Dick Lovett guarantees that you will own the highest quality car, supported by the official factory Power warranty cover. Extensive checks are carried out on all of the cars we sell, ensuring that you can enjoy the experience of owning a Ferrari with complete peace of mind.
Ferrari Approved is a pre-owned certification programme designed to guarantee maximum security and peace of mind to owners purchasing Ferraris registered within the last 10 years. The programme offers similar standards of vehicle preparation for customers buying a pre-owned Ferrari as those buying a new Ferrari.

Detailed Technical Inspection by Ferrari Technicians
The inspection involves over 190 different checks, concluding with a test drive by a professional driver. Any defects are repaired using original Ferrari parts and a written evaluation written.
The inspection includes running gear and electrical system functioning tests, check of liquid levels, examination of suspension, brakes, cooling and steering systems, air conditioner, instrumentation and safety systems and light, wheel and tyre function tests.
Pre-sale Exterior and Interior Pre-sale Preparation
Each car is meticulously prepared and presented for sale to Ferrari’s extremely high standards. Exterior paintwork and interior trim and upholstery are carefully checked. At the end of each inspection, a detailed list of the checks and repairs carried out to allow the car to join the Ferrari Approved Programme is placed in the glove department.
24 Month Ferrari Warranty
24 month Power warranty on all Ferrari Approved cars, which remains with the vehicle provided that it is correctly maintained at an Official Ferrari Dealer or Authorised Repairer within 30 days of expiry of the first 12-month period.
24 Month Ferrari Roadside Assistance
Ferrari Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and includes breakdown assistance in any location, travel and accommodation costs, transport to an official Ferrari dealership and a replacement rental car.
Provenance and Maintenance History Verification (where available)
An independent verification check to certify the car’s identity, mileage, ownership history and that it is not subject to any outstanding finance agreement. A Ferrari Service History Check to verify that the car has been appropriately maintained by Ferrari.
