The BMW AUC Programme is your assurance that every Approved Used BMW has been prepared to exacting standards, including over 120 rigorous checks and full road tests and a range of specific programme benefits.
BMW Approved Used Car Programme Benefits:
12 month BMW Warranty
An Approved Used BMW has unlimited mileage protection against breakdown and repair costs for both parts and labour for 12 months.
MOT test and insurance
If you have an MOT test carried out within 12 months from the date of your car order (and no more than 30 days before the due MOT date), your BMW MOT Cover will cover you against the unexpected costs of any necessary repair or replacement of specified components.
Full service history
Only BMWs that have been maintained in strict adherence to BMW servicing recommendations qualify as Approved Used BMWs. In addition, any BMW with a service due within 4,000 miles or displaying less than three service interval lights has the appropriate service carried out prior to delivery.
Independent vehicle history and mileage check*
Every Approved Used BMW undergoes an independent check to verify its recorded mileage and vehicle history to ensure that the car has not been stolen or written-off, and is not subject to any outstanding finance agreement. A certificate confirming that these checks have been made is supplied with each vehicle.
BMW Emergency Service cover in the UK and continental Europe
Each Approved Used BMW comes with 12 months cover for motoring emergencies in the UK and continental Europe. This covers you, your passengers and your BMW in the event of an accidental or mechanical emergency, 24 hours a day. This includes repair of your BMW, car hire and redelivery of your repaired BMW.
If you experience any problems whilst travelling abroad with your BMW, our experienced team of multilingual staff will be able to provide you with practical advice.
BMW commitment
We are completely confident in the quality of our Approved Used BMWs. Therefore if we are unable to resolve a demonstrable fault arising within the first 30 days/1000 miles of your ownership (whichever is sooner), you are entitled to an exchange, or a refund if an appropriate exchange cannot be found**.

Add to the peace of mind of buying an Approved Used BMW by covering your servicing costs for the next two years with BMW Service Inclusive for Approved Used Cars, which lasts for two years or up to a maximum of 120,000 miles (whichever occurs first) and covers all of the vehicle's servicing requirements.
Alternatively you can choose BMW Service Inclusive Plus, which in addition to servicing also covers maintenance items such as brake pads, brake discs and windscreen wipers.
You can rest assured that your BMW will be maintained to the highest standards, as all work is carried out by BMW trained technicians using Genuine BMW Parts.
Should you sell your BMW before the expiry of the package, the remaining benefits are fully transferable to the subsequent owner. Furthermore work carried out under Service Inclusive will be stamped by a BMW Service Authorised workshop, which can significantly enhance the resale value of your car.
