Having been a Personnel Manager for over 12 years, Dick Lovett has given me the greatest opportunity to grow and develop within my role.  Having previously worked in the Retail Sector for over 20 years a change to the Motor Industry was quite daunting. 

I love the challenge of every day being different.  Working with some of the best people in the Industry with some of the most exciting automotive brands, surely makes my job one of the best in the world.  It just goes to prove that there is every opportunity for a woman to progress to the very top in what is perceived to be a 'man’s world'.
