I joined Dick Lovett in 1996 as a Trainee Sales Executive for our Porsche Dealership in Swindon.  I soon progressed through the sales training programme which included spending time in other departments, gaining a more in depth knowledge of the business as a whole.

For the next few years I performed to the best of my ability as a Sales Executive, always learning and taking on new challenges.  Eventually I earned promotion to Business Manager which taught me a new skill set altogether.

Unfortunately, I decided to move away from the motor industry in 2003 to pursue a career in financial services.  I realised very quickly this was a huge mistake and was determined to re-establish a career with Dick Lovett.  Thankfully, I was fortunate to be offered the position of Sales Manager with our Porsche Swindon Dealership in 2004 and I’ve never looked back since.

In 2007 the company decided to give me a fresh challenge as General Sales Manager of our BMW Dealership in Hungerford.  Working with a different manufacturer and learning a new skill set yet again was exciting and challenging, the support given to me by the directors and management team have been exemplary and once again the move has proven to be a huge success.

I have enjoyed my time with Dick Lovett and look forward to the journey ahead…wherever it takes me.
