I have worked for Dick Lovett at Porsche Centre Cardiff for just over 2 years, having previously managed a Customer Service area within a Government Department.  I take pleasure in meeting customers, providing them with information and being able to assist them with any queries, whether face to face or over the telephone.  This part of my job is both enjoyable and easy, I am happy to use my knowledge and experiences gained from previous posts to provide a first class service for all our customers. 

 

Having also been a customer of the brand, Porsche, Ferrari and Maserati for many years, I am happy to now work for the company.  Dick Lovett customers expect a high standard of service, which we are able to provide from all our Departments on a daily basis.
